Job Responsibilities
•
Content Advertising on Platforms like Meta and Google GA4
Collaborate with the team to discuss marketing goals, manage and optimize various marketing channels, and develop potential users.
•
Analyze Marketing Results
Track marketing performance metrics, actively share updates with the team, and adjust marketing strategies flexibly.
•
Manage Internal and External Content Writers
Understand SEO and SEM to collaborate with writers on addressing pain points, manage content, and track its effectiveness.
•
Plan Marketing Campaigns
Design quarterly marketing events such as seminars, courses, or exhibitions to increase brand exposure and collaboration opportunities.
•
Work Closely with JANDI’s Global Team
Collaborate with cross-channel marketing, design, and other teams to deliver the latest JANDI content and information to Taiwanese users.
Requirements
•
2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
•
Proven experience and ability in content marketing, social media platform management, SEO, and data analysis.
•
Hands-on experience with paid media ads, such as Google and Meta (Facebook) ads.
•
Proficiency in using GA4 (Google Analytics 4) to analyze marketing data and report performance and impact.
•
Ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with remote teams.
•
Capable of handling emergencies and maintaining transparency within the team.
Personal Attributes
•
Data-driven mindset with the ability to develop strategies and actions based on analysis results.
•
Strong project and time management skills to ensure plans stay on track.
•
Self-motivated, results oriented, with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, and a team oriented spirit.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Certified expert in GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other major marketing tools.
•
Previous experience working in the SaaS industry.
•
Exceptional writing skills in Chinese.
•
Experience managing and operating WordPress or other blog systems.
•
Experience collaborating with journalists, media, or related agencies.
